help me with my header question
well i just got pulled over tonight and the cop told me that my header was not street legal cause it didnt have the EO or CARB sticker. The header is an OBX ceramic header on a 1997 Integra LS. Is this header legal or what? How can I get a EO sticker for it? Also since I now have to go to the state ref, any other things I should worry about? Please let me know thanks.
