i was pulled over for "racing" another car, i was speeding, yes, but another car followed me.....is it worth fighting? plus the cop didnt pull over the other car (mustang) and i drive a honda....and the mustang turned somewhere first when he was behind me.....i dont think this is a misdemeanor i think its an infraction because i was speeding but not necessarily racing...if im speeding and somebody else is too that is behind me that should be an infraction right? i go to court next week and wondering what i should do....say not guilty and plea for an infraction and lesser fine? or what ....... what would the fines be? could they do anything even though nothing was done when i was pulled over (impound my car, suspend my license, go to jail)....i was going 91 in a 45, thanks for your input
