speeding ticket
scenario:

never had a ticket before, get a ticket for going 100 mph on the freeway. the ticket is written only for speeding, nothing more, nothing less. i checked the cvc.

does 100 mph constitute reckless driving? i thought it had to be in EXCESS of 100 mph, which would be 101 mph. right or wrong? and if the ticket is not written for reckless driving, then it isn't?

help?

p.s. it was my little sister that got the ticket driving to l.a. not me.
