Speed Contest Ticket
I am writing for advice. My son received a ticket that said " Speed Contest". Thing is he had just drove into town in his Eagle Talon. Yeah, he has it lowered nice rims and decals, and wheels. Kinda makes me wonder if police just hate these cars! He was driving to the local hangout. His buddy was 3-4 cars ahead of him. Once my son and his bud pulled into the hangout they proceeded to get out of their cars. Here came 2 police cars (Local). Yelled at my kid stay in your car. My son was going nuts. He had not been in a speed contest and couldnt believe they charged him and his buddy.
My question is should we get a lawyer  No this is not his first ticket. Just so happens last week he did get one. Makes me think they are watching him. He did admit he was speeding on the prior one. But, this recent ticket he was so upset.
If they suspend his license can he get and exception to drive to the Kidney specialist he has to see every 4 weeks And will his car be impounded if found guilty??
