I received a speeding ticket about in March, and at the end of June got another one. I took care of the one from March - I just went to traffic school. But the 2nd one I got I'm fighting by Written Declaration. I was pulled for doing 71 on a 55, but I know I was only going 57-60. There was some stupid work van in front of me that probably was doing 71...but I got caught because I have a sporty car. Anyways, I'm about to send in my WTD but on the instructions it says to add in "I declare under penalty of perjury..blah blah" after every statement and sign and date it. Is that for every sentence I write or every new fact that I write?? Thanks.
