A friend of mine was driving on an empty road and needed to turn around, so he started to make a u-turn at the end of the street and he got a little throttle happy and spun the tires a bit. The car was FWD so he didn’t lose control or anything, just made some noise.
The cop pulled out of an empty parking lot, and pulled him over a gave him a ticket that said:
[“No" checked] 23109 (c)vc - Exhibition of Speed (u-turn loss of traction)
[with "m" circled under misdemeanor or infraction]
Approx. Speed was left blank as well as max spd. veh lmt, safe, radar and laser. Only thing was written there was an R2 under "BEAT"
He wants to know what is the worst that can happen with this, and see how he can fight it if he can because he wasn't really speeding
Whats the least/worst outcome he can have, and how much fines/points can he get. Also what the "NO" checked before the code and section listed means.
Any help would be great, thanks. :thumbup
