i need some DMV Info in california
So i have a 93 hb.
Bought it around july 2004 and tags are due 2005 may.
i havent took the car out since it has not been insured.
well i was wondering,
how does it go about to make the car a Non-Op
Also i would like to sell the car but tags are going to expire in 2 days.
how do i this :-|
