info on appealing for ticket
got a ticket for red light on 3/25/05 and its past due for 4/25/05. i havent recieved the mail notice til this day, neither it is in the courthouse system records.

i have been going to the oakland courthouse every week or 2 to check if it was on the system yet and they keep telling me to come back 2 weeks later. it says im suppose to appear on 4/25/05 and i did but never discussed it with anybody since it wasnt in the system yet. now that its past due, can i still be able to contest it or request written declaration?
