Need Help Ya'll
okay, so check this out,bout a month ago my gf got a ticket for loud music,but she didn't have her drivers licence, she only had a permit and she still does but the cop didn't right her up for being alone in the car.2 weeks ago her ticket for $180 came in the mail and she paid for it, what im tripping bout is she never went to courtand i wanna know if that's failure to appear in court.please respond or P.M me with some info
