Manteca theft law
Ummm...I was watching the news KCRA to be exact. They had report about auto theft in Manteca...they mentioned that law enforcement officers are seeking approval to ticket people who leave their cars running. WTF, I understand they are trying to make people aware about thefts, but it hardly takes into account that people may have auto-start with security...I used Auto-start and I'd be pissed if I got a ticket for something like that.

Anyone hear of this or have anymore info?
