Pulled over for speeding, but CHP takes off after another.
This scenario came from another board and there is no conclusion yet. Wondering if anyone knows what he should expect.

Guy on a bike gets pulled over for speeding. CHP hands back his license and registration, but before he can explain the ticket and tell him to sign the bottom, 2 cars go racing past them. CHP tells the biker to wait here and takes off after the other 2 cars. Biker takes off, not waiting for the CHP to come back.

How will this story end?
