CA fix it ticket but the car is registered in FL.
Just trying to help a friend here..

"K...I need some info from people whos well-versed on the california vehicular code book. I got a fix-it ticket for tints and modified exhaust but im in the military and falls under the Military Non-resident clause since i dont own a home in cali, work in cali *other than the base*, dont pay state tax nor do I vote in cali. Could I fight it with *My cars not registered nor am I california licensed* Its registered in FL and FL is pretty much do wut u want jes make sure its safe *well atleast in my county*"
