This evening while driving down the street I was in a group of modded out mustangs, camaros, etc... Well, my friend and I were going to the casino from having some dinner and I pulled away from a flashing red about the same time as a couple of other cars, one was a camaro with a really loud exhaust. Next thing I know, I am pulling up to another flashing red and a local officer pulls me and the other guy over and then accuses me of street racing. Problem is, I wasn't it racing anyone. Gave me a ticket and told me I was lucky to not get arrested and impounded...

Any advice? Said on the ticket "exhibition of speed" and "speed contest". My intention is to get an attorney and fight it. Ticket said approximate speed 60 in a 45, but I have a valentine1, never went off and it has never failed. The guy in the camaro was accelerating quickly and it was loud as hell, but didn't seem like he was racing anyone either.
