Officer behavior
i have a few questions regarding officers and why they do certain things they do.
question one. why do they insist on turning on the search light and pointing it straight into the mirrors to a few seconds later ask you to follow a pen and shine a light into ur face.
i ask because a cop pulled me over and then did this to me and i said ouch when my eye direction met up with the light. the officer then replied with: well dont look at the light. um . well thats kind of impossible when your waving the pen in front of the flashlight now aint it?
