Unmarked police car flashes it lights for you to pull over...are you required to?
Picture this, you're driving on the street when all of a sudden a car with red/blue lights on top of its dash gets behind you and signals for you to pull over. This car is not marked on the outside, and the driver is not in uniform. Are you required to pull over, or can you keep driving while going the speed limit, until a marked cruiser comes along and pulls you over. Would this be considered evading? Thanks.
