i got a ticket for running a red light awhile ago but the light was yellow when i pasted the first limit line it was also yellow when i was in the intersection it didnt turn red till right before i pasted the second limit line. now i was intraffic court on saturday and i asked the instructor about my ticket and he told me it was bogus and that i should fight it. now i just looked up the V.C. 21453(c) and it loosely states that if a driver is facing a steady red light you cannot enter the intersection will duh but i was not facing a red light it was yellow what was i susposed to do stop in the middle of the intersection. it seems like the officer was taking advantage of me not knowing the codes. my question is what should i do about this i have witnesses that where around when he pulled me over if that helps but any sugestions would be great thanks guys
