A couple Qs about driving
Just had a couple Qs that I always wondered about everyday driving.

When there are people in front of you waiting at a stop light, and you want to make a right turn, is it legal to go into the bike lane and pass these people up?

Also

If someone on a road where there is 1 lane in each direction, and they are in front of you making a left turn (they're waiting for traffic to clear so they can make the left safely). Can you pass them up by going around them?
