reckless driving for doing donuts?
So after me and my buddy leave the mall today we head around back and pull some shittys just messing around for about 10 min or so. basically a cop sees us my friends gets away and i get pulled over right away.
now this is a very large wide open parking lot, no one else is near us. the cop is saying i could have killed mothers and their children out there and other nonsense. then an older cop is talkin about how they do donuts in the damn squad car back there. so he wrote me up for reckless driving gave me the ticket and court date and i was on my way after sitting in the back of the squad car for an hour.
i went back and took pictures of the lot to show that there was really no risk of me hitting and people or other cars. the cop also said he had me on video sliding around back there but from the way he was parked that camera in the car couldnt have seen anything. one more thing, he also marked down that it happened at 8:30 AM( it was actually pm) on the ticket, and at that time i was at school, will that little error help me at all?
basically does anyone have any ideas for my court date next week? |
