ok, my girlfriend was involved in a fender bender about two years ago. she told me she went no more than 1mph trying to look past a parked van to merge onto the street. some car pulls out and BAM. both my GF and the other driver look to see any damage to their cars and to see how they both were feeling. everythings was ok. GF took pics of her car, to show there was no damage. the insurance company dropped this man's claim. case closed. now same person is claiming he has neck problems because of that accident. GF told me that this guy has been trying for to long to get paid. now he's suing. i guessing this guy has no case because he's been trying to get money for two years and been denied everytime. i ask does this person have a legitimate case against my GF? is he pullin a scam? any opinion, info or comments would help. thanx
