s13 Registration in Cali with SR20DET
Hey guys, name's Izzy. I had a question pertaining to an s13 that i just purchased but its in Arizona. A friend of mine, did a swap for me (SR20DET) over there as well. The thing is the car he got for me has license plates up in Washington. I want to bring it over to Cali and get it registered. However, knowing that the engine is illegal, what must i do to get my vehicle registered here in Cali for the first time? Its a very nice car and i would liek to obtain it, however, i must keep into consideration all the laws that are established here in Cali.
