SGT. Grant, I have a question,

I live in Sacramento, CA, and sometimes I visit the local races just to watch, if Cops come, and break it up, and they pull me aside, what can happen to me?

Just a little background on me....
-no moving violations
-no fix-it tickets
-no warnings from officers, on or off duty
-and no pull-overs ever

One of my friends told me, that they will just tell me to go home... is this true in some cases?

I mean, I won't be right up in the whole mess of cars watching, I will be far away watching, like 200 or so yards....

p.s. if something did happen to me like a fine, would I be able to fight it in court? (since I wasn't into the racing, and wasn't aiding and abbeding, and was like 200 yards away from it..)
