***Urgent PLEASE Help!!!***
heres the deal, i live in new hampshire, and in new hampshire the law says "no modified exhust" i've gotten a shitload of tickets in the past year because of it and i got a court summons December 10th and my points are so hight on my liscense that if i get charged guilty i will lose my liscense for up to a year. I'm begging anyone out there for expert advice on what i should do. Now my exhust really isn't that loud at all it's pretty quiet compared to most aftermarket exhusts and i'm wondering if I should get the decibels checked for evidence in court. Also, my car is a 1990 and I live up north and the law says "no aftermarket exhust" but what do i do if my stock exhust rusts out? Who is to say what is appropriate and not appropriate for a replacement exhust to put on my car? the law does not state that. My question to everyone out there is should i.....
A. Fight this in court with evidence and with what i stated above or...
B. Just plead guilty and let my liscense get suspended for something so stupid.
