I have a question I have the street glow lights under my car that reflect blue you can't see the actual light it self now when i got them a year ago a card came with them that said they are legal in every state as long as it is just the reflection not the neon light it self but then i was sited for the a while ago I was just wondering I told the cop I had the card and was willing to show him but he would not take the time to read it it also makes me wonder I have had these for over a year and I drive with them on all the time cops always pass me and it was the first time I was ever bothered for this
