I lost my visa/debit card on 18th and noticed that there was some charges the same they right before I cacelled it. The charges are fir $300, $652 and $300. I called my credit union and they told me I have to file a dispute and it might take 4-6 months to get my money back. Now my question is, how does my credit union get back my money? Is it by insurance or are they going to get my money from the merchant?
