How to change your Arai Lids/Shields
i know i had problem changing my arai lid the first time. rx7rr model. i broke the tab on the side and the level inside =[ $25 dollor part.
anyway i thought i do a write up on how to do it so here it goes.
here is what an arai helmet looks like, this model is rx7rr. same method applies to most arai helmet except someof the older quantem /e etc....
make sure you put your arai helmet in between your leg (to give some preasure & holding it snug) like if your gf was giving you head but with the helmet shield facing away from you. note * NOT like how im holding it in the picture....
Now look for the little gray tab where my finger is on each side. (there is two of them) (those are your release lever)
now you goal is to pull those up the same time while applying preasure to the side of the shields with your palm.
Lift your shield up all the way and it will pop right out =]....
enjoy, and ride safe.
