I was heading home on my cbr minding my own business when out of nowhere a black Z06 roars past me downshifting hard through the gears. Just the sound made me pee my pants a little . I look over and Vin Diesel is driving the Z06 (biggest look alike I've ever seen). We both end up stopped at a light in a double left hand turn lane. Light goes green and we both knew what was going to happen, we both leave the line relatively quickly and come round the corner on to a nice straight.

I was in first gear at about 6K when I heard him mash on the gas and immediately responded by crackin back my throttle. I pull a ~ bike length through first and shift into 2nd flawlessly gaining a little more distance. I know he's right on me but traffic is quickly approaching. I let off the throttle at 11K because I have no desire to kiss the pavement, he passes me soon after I let off.

Now I know this isn't much of a race but it was exciting as hell for me, I'm curious to know what what have happened if we had some more room? I'm pretty sure he would have beat me had we raced through my 3rd gear, good fun either way, hopefully there's still a few more riding days left and I can run into some more Z06's.
