California brake and light inspection
So I'm in the process of getting a salvaged car re-titled and registered, and one of the requirements is a brake and light inspection. For a requirement that has to be pretty damn common, the Bureau of Automotive Repair is less than helpful when it comes to locating a place to get it done. I've tracked down a couple shops to call, but can anybody advise me on what this should cost, and how much of a rectal exam it's likely to be?
