I notice these sort of threads are quite popular on this forum...since I have been a member on and off for a number of years...but hopefully someone will have some sort of helpful insight into my current issue. Basically, I'm looking for some sort of assistance in a near future purchase of a used car. Several factors are present in my decision of course; primarily being a car with not too long of a wheel base(I can provide specific dimensions if needed for both specifications)...wide wheel base as well...ie maneuverable...good cornering...etc. Of concern as well...the cars I've been looking at would need to be not too maintenance intensive...as in...dependable...atleast decently made...etc. Decent power....decent acceleration...I'm not really planning only heavily modifying the car currently due to my financial situation, more so a car that is a fun and dependable car stock(surely, I plan on keeping the car for a number of years possibly...and making modifications when my financial situation allows). As for the price range...I was looking at the 4000-6000 $ range...the age of the car being no older than 93' or 94'. Anyway, hopefully someone will have an opinion if not some sort of useful advice...thanks. Btw...I would prefer not to only consider domestics...but if a suggestion for a domestic is given...please take into consideration the reliability and solidity of the cars manufacturing. Thanks.
