Head shake at 50

When I'm driving i get real bad head shake at like 48-52mph. When I mean head shake i mean the whole steering wheel shakes and so does the car. the car is a 2002 jeep wrangler. i was thinking that my high low is off? is that right? if so how much to get it re-aligned?

Ok. First check to see if you have EVEN wear on front and rear tires. If they look okay, have your tires BALANCED. Lastly, if the rear tires have more thread than the front tires, ROTATE your tires.

So:

1. Check for uneven wear.
2. Balance the tires
3. Rotate if necessary

Do the inexpensive steps first, then proceed with alignment(although I really doubt this is the problem).

Yeah it's more then likely the tires, besides checking for uneven wear check tire pressure as well.
