I would rather get a B18C (either GSR or type R) bottom end. The LS block would be cheaper to buy at first, but all the work to make the LS/VTEC run properly may be difficult.
I had a friend who had a B20 hatch, and he never could get VTEC to engage. He checked and rechecked the harness and VTEC solenoids and anything else he could think of, but after about a half year with the project, he gave up. He would pull off the line very well, but lag after 1st gear. This conversion is not for beginners or for sloppy shops.
You gotta also get ecu, header, axles, tranny and probably some more stuff for your head too.

So it would be better to go wit a GSR or Typer Bottom End.....People say the B20 Have a lot of torque.....

They do have more torque in the low end, but I think the swap is not "worth the effort" unless you are a professional or the installers are professionals and can be trusted.
Properly tuned B20 vtec is slightly better than a B18C5 (USDM ITR engine).

What car are you putting it into? My friend had a GSR engine
(B18C1) in a CRX with Type R internals and he ran high 13s. That car had incredible top end. If it's put into a Civic, probably only slightly slower.
