hellow fellow sro members, im in the process of getting my project CRX B.A.R.ed up. It's a 89 CRX with a JDM b16a, wired up to run OBD0 pr3. The car is running like champ but i cant get it smogged. So after countless of hours doing research on the net, i have gathered enough informations to get the conversion started.
From what ive learned, the parts that i need will be:

obd0 to obd1 conversion harness
obd1 distributor
obd1 ecu
4 wire heated O2 sensor

for the obd1 o2 sensor im thinking about ditching my stock obd0 exhaust manifold for a obd1 aftermarket header, since ill need to get one sooner or later. What im concerning is what about the whole obd0 intake manifold assembly? Do i have to ditch that for a let say b16a3 manifold (if im lucky to find one)? The obd0 IM has a jungle of vacumn lines running like spider net on it. If im required to change the IM, do u think i will pass visual inspection with the Skunk2 IM? since the b16a3 IM is almost next to impossible to find.
