Might be selling my car soon.

Planning on taking it to the track one more time then putting it back to mostly stock. I will be selling it with the option to buy most the performance parts with it. Here is it is.

You will have to cut and paste all the links.

Car is a Pewter 2001 M6 SS with tan leather interior aprox 68k miles. For the first 2 years I daily drove the car 110 miles round trip to work on the freeway. The last year and a half, I have only put about 5k miles on it due to building it. Have run Synthetic since 3k miles with the first oil changes at 500, 1000, 3k miles. Planning on asking $18,500 (With most mods)

These pics are before I put a 3” fiberglass SS hood on

Last time I went to the track was in October ( Track pass http://hauln.net/LS1Tech/videos/SHAUN.wmv ) and ran a traction limited 2.0/60 foot 12.44 @ 112.8. Also went a very traction limited 12.1 @ 119mph using the 100 shot from top of second gear. The car had the following mods on it:

Fast Toys Ram Air
K&N Air Filter
SLP intake lid
Descreened stock Mass Air flow sensor (Have TR ported ends to)
Ported Throttle body
ASP Pulley
Pacesetter Long tube headers
Custom Y-pipe with dual 3” electric cut outs before the cats
Pictures of the Y-pipe:

Random Technologies Torque Arm
Hotchkis Lower control arms and panhard bar
Kenny Brown Double Diamond Subframe connectors
Hotchkis strut tower brace
Nitto Drag Radials
Stock 10 bolt rear with 3.42 gears
Spec stage 3 clutch
TNT Wet shot
Harlan Shift light
Harlan customer window switch
NOS bottle heater
Hust shifter with Lous short stick
Batterey relocated to the hatch in a Moroso aluminun box
Flaming river kill switch
SLP DS loop

Since that pass, I have added the following mods and produced the dyno shown below:
TR236 Cam (236 intake duration / 230 exhaust Duration .599 intake lift / .575 exh lift)
Comp 918 springs
Titanium retainers

This is a dyno graph that shows over lays from stock internal, with the TR236 cam and with the 100 shot on top of the TR236. (Red = stock Cam, Blue = TR236 Cam, Green = TR236 with N20)

Since that dyno I have not been to the track and added these mods:
VFN Fiberglass pin on hood (lost 40lbs over the stock SS hood)
Harlan Sharp Roller Rockers
Walbro 340 intank fuel pump
Wolfe 6 point bolt in roll cage
5pt Harness's for both passanger and driver
Removed the Torque arm set up and went with what is call Pete Z bars (Pictures below)

Hybrid ford 8.8 rear consisting of:
9” style ends so there are no longer C-clips in the rear
Motive 4.10 gears
31 spline ford Torque Loc
31 spline Moser Axles
Studded girdle rear cover
Moser 1350 yoke

3.5: steel drive shaft
Draglite rear rims (10x15)
28x11.5 Mickey Thompson ET streets

The car is very quiet when the cutouts are closed but when open it is running straight open headers (sound clip from 3 feet away from the exhaust http://www.geocities.com/sqwznss/Thunder236.wav ). Great sleeper as it looks stock for the most part from the outside (Tinted windows).

I was planning on getting to the track in the next couple weeks again to try and make a 10 second pass on the bottle, putting it back to semi stock and selling it. A few people on this board have driven the car and know what it is all about. I may end up selling it before I get to the track again.

I'm still planing on being an LS1 enthusiast and looking for a few different cars to build. If you have one of these I would consider some sort of trade.

64 Chevelle
69 Camaro
66-67 2 door Hard top Nova
70 Camaro
65-66 Mustang Fastback
64 66 GTO

Please e-mail me or PM me with any interest.
