Question cold air intake question
As my first mod, i'm thinking about cold air intake. I had a few questions since I'm totally new..

1) Do I need a certain pipe/filter along with the cold air intake that will filter out water from puddles? ontop of that, are there any other parts i'd need?

2) Would it be more economic/easier to get a short ram?

3) Are these ebay cold air intakes that are listed at buy me now for $25 really legit or could it be a shitty intake

4) Being a total newbie, would it be easy to install or should I just bring it to my mechanic?

Sorry for all the questions but I geuss thats what the forum is for
