That guy Michael Moore lost a lot of weight. He said one of the key factors to losing weight is getting enough sleep. I noticed when I was only getting like 6-7 hours of sleep a day my weight stays the same or increases. Now I have been weighing myself everyday and I noticed on the days when I sleep 8-9 hours I can lose 1-2 pounds.
I weigh myself both at night and morning.
at night I weigh about 5 pounds more.
in the morning it's 5-6 pounds less.
If it's only 3 pounds loss in the morning then I know it's only from getting like around 6 hours sleep.
If this effort to get more sleep I have already lost 6 pounds in two weeks. I haven't changed any of my habits, i'll let you know in another 2 weeks how it goes. You should try it. It's hard to go to bed at 10pm, but you just gotta try it.
And don't nap during the day and consider that part of your time. You gotta do the full sleep cycle. I was really bad because i'd nap from 10-12midnight, get up and be on the computer unil 2 am, then get up at 6:30am.
