what intake manifold are you using? the stock y7 manifold is garbage, see if you can swap it for a y8 mani? also, what are you doing for engine managment? i am assuming crome or turboedit? was the tune actually for a turbo y7, or for a turbo y8? my friend is running a d15 with a y7 head, and we were going through heck getting a successful tune cause the tune was for vtec stuff, the car ran on it but not very well. i would start with a stock y7 tune, and start from scratch with a wideband.
