i'm from the province (PANGASINAN) 200km north of manila.. roads here are more terrible than in manila.
to race, we use the lingayen air strip... (the spot where gen. mc arthur made his famous landing during the world war II)
i guess he is referring to macapagal avenue. newly constructed road...
but the race is LEGAL. supported by RASR(Racers Against Street Racing) and the local government
sometimes, major race events are held at the clark international airport....
