What part are you from? My wife is from Manilla. She wanted me to go last year but I didn't. Her cousin is into racing. He mentioned something about racers meeting at a new starbucks at 6am and then racing some new highway. that was like a year ago. I told my wife if we move there i'll have to bring my car there but taxes would be too outrageous.
