Import? Straight line? Forget about it. Like others said, if you have the money you can make anything run 10s all day.
It also kind of depends where you want to "keep up" with the domestics. 240s will lose terribly in a straight line, but if you want down a mountain, imports usually have the upper edge because they're so much lighter.
