Rob, as much as I respect you, please don't go around saying drifting is lame. Compared to drag racing, drifting is much more skill dependant and interesting. Drag must be boring too then, according to you? Gee I wonder what else there is left to do with your car on a regular basis.
Your "russian roulette" sure sounds like fun, but I wouldn't want my car to be in that situation.
Drifting IS the fastest way around a corner. (initial d lol) There might be exceptions, but that is mostly true.
I agree, formula 1s spank any drift setup in any course, whatsoever. But the money needed to get myself one of those I can buy a house with.
Then again, circuits don't have 180 degree turns either.
