All body parts can be replaced. You'll probably want to get used fenders which are pretty cheap and easy to install (you could handle all of that yourself to avoid markup and labor). Racing clutches are to ensure quick and tight grabbing for higher power output. If you do significant power upgrades, the stock clutch is much more prone to slip.
