All body parts can be replaced. You'll probably want to get used fenders which are pretty cheap and easy to install (you could handle all of that yourself to avoid markup and labor). The rear quarter is a different animal, but dents can be pulled/filled/sanded to some extent so that may be an option. I'm not even sure what car you're talking about. Your Cavalier or a 240? I'm not exactly sure where the rear quarter lines are on the 240 and I don't feel like going outside to look at mine, but replacing it will involve working around the quarter glass. That's more complicated ... I'm sure I could do it myself but you probably couldn't.
Racing clutches are to ensure quick and tight grabbing for higher power output. If you do significant power upgrades, the stock clutch is much more prone to slip.
