If you want to make power easy and cheap, I'd suggest picking a more widely accepted platform. While cavaliers are great daily drivers, they don't have much potential when it comes to serious modding.
Either my suggestion, or you can slap a few boltons on and call it a day. Unless of course, you are willing to invest in quite a bit of dough and do something serious.
Also keep in mind that top speed isn't shit. What's the point of being able to hit 160 if your car gets to 60 is 8 seconds? Base rsxs hit over 140 stock, but they take 8-9 secs to get to 60. Now I wouldn't consider them fast.
