i was pulled over yesterday for exhibition of speed 20109(c). what happened is i have a 71 nova and another nova pulled next to me he burned the tires and i did not a than caught up to him somewhere around 40 mph. the car did not have exhaust on it so it was louder by the way. the officer than pulled me over and not the other guy. he than said that i did exhibition of speed and i was doing 50 in a 35 and the safe was 40. he also did not have me on radar i dont know if that matters or not. i am 17 years old and have had one other speeding ticket in the past and did traffic court what am i up against?
