What are you looking to be doing with the car? Drift, Drag, Auto X, Circuit?
Del Sol - No... They are slow, period.
Prelude- The only one I would recommend is a 91 si aws. Great for Auto X, but you would need to shave a few pounds, they are heavy. Plus they have good engines. It was only built for 3 years, and its stronger than the B series motors. It would be a good build up.
Integra or Mr2 - Yea you could get a project out of either two.

240's are good build ups, AE86's, mustangs, camaros/firebirds - it just depends what youre doin with it.

Thats my opinion. You might get a more knowledgable answer from someone who has a little more experience.
