Of course PNG I would feel bad if some situation happened like that. I don't think I should go to jail though. I've seen accidents happen and of course it has shaken me up. What if i'm just driving a little fast than normal and some guy comes up and does a fly by on me and then crashes and dies and then I get blamed for 2nd degree murder because i'm driving an Acura. I still feel even if I was racing and the other guy lost control and got in an accident I still feel I should have zero blame for it.
Now if I was racing and I crashed into a car I should be 100% at fault.
