sac cops are fucking stupid. they are pretty much assuming wat happend cause it doesnt say anything about witnesses. the article doesnt even give details about the place, distance between traffic lights or how fast they were goin. cases like this you cant really blame anybody.....guy in red honda didnt get out of his car and asked mustang dude to race and mustang dude is his own person he can do watever the fuck he wants. they don even know if it was a speed contest. for being a 25year old he was pretty stupid for watever the fuck he did to "lose control". he has to be driving for about a number of years now to know how to control his car, i'm pretty sure he didnt have NO2 in there to make him lose control out of the blue. on of the drivers had to do something wrong but nobody really knows wat happend so its better not to draw conclusions over it.
