It depends where you are. Laws are different according by state. I know that in Florida, a cop can pull you over for having Red or Blue lights bright enough to make a driver think that your car is a police cruiser or other type of emergency vehicle. For any other reason, I agree with yoz... If it affects your vision. Hense the law that prohibits inside lights to be on while in motion.
