Anyone ever done this? I'm just trying to see what is the success rate of this way of contesting a violation. Also, if found guilty, is it still possible to have a fine reduced?

Please, I'd like to hear from people with experience, or at the very least, know someone who has had experience. I would not like to get into detail of my violation, but I feel I have a pretty good case.

SgtGrant, if you'd like to chime in that'd be great.
