Most dealerships won't get involved with modifying a car like that. Especially since it involves the brakes. I know I wouldn't. Not to mention...even if a Nissan dealer did, they'd make you buy every single component that is different. Master cylinder, lines, proportioning valve, parking brake cables...fucking everything. Over THEIR parts counter. Which would make it about as cost efficient as uh...buying a new car that had the parts you wanted in the first place.
