Explain please?
Alright, I know I talk about SRT's too much, sorry, last one for a long time. I guess I've either underestimated a Jetta or just overrated the SRT4. I've never thought Jettas were anything special, especially stock. So me and two friends are on our way downtown, when in the distance we see an SRT4. We begin to pace it for a few seconds. Keep in mind the Jetta is stock and I have no clue what is done to this SRT4. Well we are pacing each other and the SRT4 gives no warning and runs. So my friend saw of course and began to try and run him down. The Jetta has that tiptronics transmission, and was in automatic the whole time, but some how started to quickly gain on the SRT4. We had the windows down and nobody in the car heard any signs of skipping gears or letting off the gas from the SRT4, but we were still gaining on him. Eventually both cars had to let off because there was a traffic signal ahead. I don't know if it was a bad driver in the SRT4 or something, or if he wasen't trying or something? As I'm sure all of you know, the Jetta has a 1.8 turbocharged engine, and the SRT4 with a 2.4 liter turbocharged engine, and I have no clue if any work was done on it.
